We want to be an asset for our clients not an expense.
We only have 2 fees:
1. Property Management Fee:
- Our fees range from 7.5% to 12% of gross rental income. This fee is adjustable based on specific details of the property, rental income and owner’s needs.
- For clients with multiple and higher end units with higher rents, we will work with you to find a fair fee structure.
- For many single-family homes, individual condo units or smaller multi-unit buildings we can negotiate a flat monthly fee with a lower percentage.
- All our fees are competitive, and we will do our best to work within your budget. Our goal is to fine tune your property for you to make more money with less stress.
2. Leasing Fee & Renewals:
- We charge a fee equal to 1 month’s rent to find new tenants.
- We charge $150 for all lease renewals requiring a new written lease, and $175 for all section 8 lease renewals.
